Strategic Culinary Innovations was founded with the intention of becoming a World Class food supplier for the Military. Offering Prime Vendors multiple facets of food solutions, SCI also participates in the Socio-Economic Sector in the Small Business Program. As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and a Minority Based Enterprise, Strategic Culinary Innovations has been awarded the highest status of qualification points required to conduct business.

SCI has a dedicated focus on customized products, strengthening and developing culinary concepts and menu items to meet the requirements of the Military. With a selection of manufacturers all over the world, SCI has the ability to source and procure custom items specific to the needs of Prime Vendors. In early 2016, Strategic Culinary Innovations has the means to provide Logistics & Transportation solutions.
